Gila Dabah is an entrepreneur and businesswoman who started her career in the apparel industry in 1980 working at the family business, Gitano. As President & CEO of EJ Gitano, Gila built a conglomerate of childrenswear wholesale manufacturing, marketing & distribution companies: Kids International (1993-2002), Success Apparel (2002-2014), and Equipment Apparel (2006-2018).

The companies’ portfolios included brands such as John Deere, Eddie Bauer, and Dickies. In addition, Gila launched exclusive brands for Macy’s, Target, Kohl’s, and Walmart. Under Gila’s leadership, these companies developed a core competency in creating high quality children’s products at value price points and won multiple vendor awards from Target and Walmart.

Gila is the founder of GNM Capital which holds a comprehensive portfolio including diverse real estate partnerships in New York, Las Vegas, Florida, and shopping centers in Israel.

Gila is a member of The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), a leading advocate for women entrepreneurs. She sits on the board of the Women’s International Zionist Organization (WIZO), an organization invested in advancing women by helping them discover their passion, profession, and earning potential. Gila and her family support a wide range of organizations in the United States & Israel, as well.

In her personal time, Gila enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle, traveling, and spending time with her family & grandchildren.
